Dan and Bill Fitzpatrick were great to work with. We did a major remodel in San Carlos. From beginning to end, (started in June ’12 and finished Thanksgiving ’12) they worked with us, taking us through the design phase, permitting process, giving us a schedule for decisions to be made re: kitchen design, appliances, moldings and trims, doors and windows, flooring, fixtures, lighting….we met weekly, like clock-work, getting updates, making decisions. They set us up with their resources/vendors and if we wanted to use others, no problem. They were timely, on budget. If there were any surprises, budget wise, (there always are) they’d let us know, tell us our options and we made the decisions best for us and our wallet. No pressure, Their crew was great to work with. We are delighted with the outcome! Couldn’t be happier. We’d use Fitzpatrick again.
